Starting Date:  IMMEDIATELY

Qualifications:  Hold or qualify for Nevada Administrative Certificate.  Prefer, but not limited to, three (3) years public school administrative experience

Act as an Instructional Leader for the school under the leadership of the principal.  A person who will maintain high expectations, value individuality and use influence wisely with students, staff, and community members.  A person who will respect and value parents' knowledge of their children, recognize parental contributions, encourage parental involvement and communicate with them in an open, honest and positive manner.  A person who models personal and professional excellence, values diversity and can demonstrate respect, loyalty, compassion and trust, and recognizes and praises the contributions of all staff members.  A facilitator who will empower staff, be innovative and flexible, and possess knowledge of current educational trends.  A true participative leader who will make all decisions based on the school and district’s mission and vision.  Ensure close and meaningful ties with the District Office.  Understanding of SEL, NVACS, NSPF, NEPF, and Special Education.
